Canadian actress, Amanda Wong was born and raised in beautiful British Columbia. She speaks multiple languages, is a provincial gold medaling athlete, a pre-paramedic, a Guinness World Record holder, and a toured singer. In addition to a bright acting career, Wong has had a successful career in journalism. She graduated top of her class from The University of Hong Kong with a master’s in journalism and worked for several reputable news agencies.
In 2017, Wong returned to Canada to pursue a career in film and television, and she hasn’t looked back since. She is best known for her roles as Mei Sou in “When Calls the Heart” and Holly Chen in "Mystery 101,” both available on the Hallmark Channel. She's also played supporting roles in the award-winning web series "Welcome to Surrey" as Skylar, and TV movies, “Raise A Glass to Love” and "Love on Trend.” Other credits include ABC’s “A Million Little Things,” NBC’s “Debris,” Lifetime TV’s “Merry Liddle Christmas” and “The Neighbor in the Window."
