Rossella Rago Cooks
The cookbook author of “Cooking with Nonna,” Rossella Rago is preparing eggplant parmigiana, pugliese-style. The chef is joined by her nonna in the kitchen, Romana Sciddurio. She adds an extra tip that if you have extra-batter from the eggplant, you can always dip it in hot oil to make delicious hot fritters.
