Country superstar, Trisha Yearwood is preparing a healthy and delicious version of biscuits and fried chicken without frying.

DIrections for Biscuit Mix

1) Combine biscuit mix and 3/4 - 1 c. buttermilk

2) Stir with fork, until dough pulls away from sides

3) Roll the dough out, knead 3-4 times

4) Flatten dough to ½ inch

5) Cut dough with biscuit cutter
6) Add to baking sheet

7) Bake for 8 min, 400 degrees

Directions for Unfried Chicken Seasoning Mix

1) Mix 1 c. buttermilk and sm bottle of hot sauce in bowl

2) Add packet of seasonings to a bowl

3) S&P 4 chicken breast halves, butterflied and cut in half

4) Dip chicken in buttermilk

5) Dip in seasonings

6) Place on baking sheet

7) Refrigerate for 30 minutes

8) Bake for 20-25 min, 400 degrees

9) Squeeze lemon wedges on top
