Boston Cream Pie

The author of “American Cake,” Anne Byrn is in the kitchen talking about the history of cakes. Anne credits her love for cakes to wanting to research more and write a book about it. Some of these cakes have history that date back to when George Washington was president. Today she is making Boston cream pie, the officially state cake of Massachusetts.
