Using the razor knife, cut out the silhouette. Place black paper behind the glittered paper and secure with double sided tape. Place the silhouette in the frame glittered sided out. Instructions: Take off the plastic straps. Cut 2 pieces of fabric about 2” wide and 1’ long. Thread fabric through toe hole. Tie knot on the underside and trim and secure with hot glue. Tie knot on the other side about ½” up from the flop (this is the toe thread). Tie a second knot above it. Thread the fabric through the ankle holes and tie a knot like the first one. Embellish any way you’d like!
