Delmonico’s Restaurant Baked Alaska
Executive chef Billy Oliva is in the kitchen making a classic dessert favorite, Baked Alaska. This is one of Delmonico restaurant’s signature dishes, serving on average 150 a day. There are a variety of ways to make Baked Alaska, but today he is making a traditional version with meringue, apricot compote, walnut sponge and a homemade banana ice cream.
DIY Wine Wall
Ken Wingard is getting inspired by Hallmark Channel’s Original Series, “Good Witch,” by making his own DIY wine wall. He uses plywood as his base, but says you can make this wall any size, depending on how big your party will be. When you are done, you will have a nice wall to help hold your guests’ wine glasses. To accentuate the wall even more, he adds faux flowers and plastic grass.

DIY Dog Wedding Harnesses
