Indian Lentil Dahl

Singer Lukas Graham is in the kitchen making delicious Indian lentil dahl with a variety of delicious fragrant spices. He uses three different lentils for this dish to create a more textured look. Later on, Lukas hits the Home & Family stage to perform his song, “Love Someone,” which he wrote about his relationship with his daughter. Spring Wreath

Pan Seared Sea Bass

Chef Wayne Elias is back in the kitchen and today he is making pan seared sea bass with heirloom cherry tomatoes, tomatillo, cilantro melange and sweet corn soufflé with sofrito sauce. This dish is extra-special because it is the same recipe that he will be serving at this year’s Elton John Oscar party. Wayne has been catering the party for over ten years. He sears the sea bass in olive oil before putting it in the oven. His soufflé stands out because he does not add cream to the recipe, the secret is using corn meal to keep it held together.
