Ricotta Gnocchi in Carrot Butter Sauce
Executive chef Beau MacMillan of “Sancturary on Camelback Mountain” is making a delicious dish of ricotta gnocchi in carrot butter sauce with scallops. He explains by adding ricotta to the gnocchi, you make the dough lighter and more flavorful. Before whipping up the butter, make sure it is at room temperature.

Paige Hemmis is taking old magazines, needle & thread, hot glue, a clock piece and a pencil and building her own magazine clock. If you have problems with a needle and thread, she recommends using just hot glue, instead.
