Grilled Shrimp Summer Harvest Salad
Author of “Eat What You Love,” Danielle Walker is in the kitchen making a refreshing grilled shrimp summer harvest salad. When done, she pairs the salad with a homemade vinaigrette. Any excess dressing you have leftover can be stored in the fridge for another salad. She also says that if you are not a fan of shrimp, salmon is a great healthy alternative to put in the salad.
