Meditation teacher and co-founder of Headspace, Andy Puddicombe visits Home & Family to discuss the importance of mindful meditation. He explains that meditation is a way to be more mindful and learn to be more present. You can practice mediation for as little as three minutes a day to help change your life. He also encourages children 5 years old and older to start meditation exercises.
