Papa Rellena with Garlic Aioli Sauce
Eddie Zamora of BYUtv’s “Dinner Takes All” is in the kitchen making a delicious papa rellena dish with homemade garlic aioli sauce. He describes them as stuffed fried potato balls with ground beef. If you do not want to use ground beef, you can always substitute in ground turkey or even make a vegetarian version. This is also a great dish to make with leftovers you might have.
