Chef Cat Cora is grilling up some delicious teriyaki chicken skewers with fresh pineapple juice. If you are running short on time, she recommends buying store-bought teriyaki sauce. For more flavor, brush extra sauce onto skewers half-way through grilling. She keeps the recipe low sodium by using honey and low sodium soy sauce.

The shipwreck resulted in Tami being knocked unconscious for several hours and her fiance, Richard losing his life.

Gourmet Garden Prunes
Shirley Bovshow is introducing you to a way to prepare prunes using a dehydrator. She recommends finding plums that are less juicy, because they will be easier to dry into a prune. For the first two hours, set your dehydrator on high heat, then after, set the temperature to 115 degrees and wait for up to 18 hours for the prunes to be ready.
