Directions
1. Cut and twist open plum, removing pit
2. Taking a fork to pierce the pulp, create holes
3. (Allows for hot air can penetrate plum to dry faster)
4. Push with your thumb to turn plum inside out
5. Put plums on dehydration rack
6. Set at 135 degrees at 2 hours to jump start your drying
7. Then lower setting (TEMP TBD) for 15-18 hours
