If you use real strawberries, they will add moisture to the buns, making them soggy. Ken Wingard is showing you how to make your own moss topiary. Start with a standard dowel and stain it. When it comes to adding the moss to the styrofoam balls, use a dab of hot glue to attach it. It is important to know that your styrofoam should be all different sizes. If the balls are moving around on the dowel, secure them with hot glue.
