The secret ingredient is using freeze dried strawberries, put them in a food processor and then watch them turn to powder. If you use real strawberries, they will add moisture to the buns, making them soggy. He also shows you how to make your own strawberry cream cheese, strawberry cardamom sugar and strawberry cream cheese frosting.

Ken Wingard is showing you how to make your own moss topiary. Start with a standard dowel and stain it. When it comes to adding the moss to the styrofoam balls, use a dab of hot glue to attach it. It is important to know that your styrofoam should be all different sizes. If the balls are moving around on the dowel, secure them with hot glue.

The first step is finding a wooden birdhouse that you can find at a craft store. By staining it, you give the birdhouse a rich look when placing on your mantle. To make the holders look even cozier and smell like Christmas, she adds cinnamon sticks and star anise.
