Key Lime Pie
Chef Marisa Churchill is in the kitchen making a refreshing dessert of key lime pie with a homemade graham cracker crust and whipped topping. If you don’t have a food processor, place the graham crackers in a ziplock bag and crush it against the counter. Chill the pie in the refrigerator before serving. For an extra-tropical taste, she adds coconut milk to the filling.

Nutrition and fitness expert JJ Virgin is in the kitchen making a Paleo egg roll bowl with chicken. She recommends substituting pork if you don’t want chicken. Instead of using a sodium-heavy soy sauce, she uses coconut aminos that still have that umami flavor. She also adds coconut oil to the recipe, which is great for fighting inflammation, boosting metabolism and enhances brain health.

Orly Shani is showing you how to make your own back to school time clock, to help your kids get back in routine. An added tip is to add tape around the plexiglass to avoid it cracking when you drill.
