Pumpkin Alfredo

Fitness chef Ashley Walter is in the kitchen showing you how to cut calories and still make a delicious pasta alfredo. Instead of using flour noodles, Ashley recommends using zucchini or squash noodles. If you are lactose-intolerant, Ashley also suggests using dairy-free cheese in this dish.
