The Time Cleanse
Cameron and Debbie sit down with author of “The Time Cleanse,” Steven Griffith to talk about some of the concepts in the book. They discuss how to determine “time toxins” which are activities that either contaminate or contribute to your life. One of the biggest toxins is our relationship with time! Steven advises being intentional with your time and focusing on being present in the moment. Another tip is to get an egg timer to help you become more aware of how you are spending your time, in turn you become more efficient.

This is a great item to incorporate into your wedding, and a natural way to extend the theme you are using. First, create your leash out of some nylon rope, instead of an expensive leash, since this will be a short-term use item. Be sure to use non-toxic hot glue sticks for your pet’s safety.
Teaching Kids to be Kind
Debbie and Cameron welcome Dr. Jennifer Johnston-Jones to offer advice from her book, “Transformational Parenting.” She shares that parents should show self-compassion in order to avoid creating a communication of internal criticism and judgement.
