Almond Brittle with Salted Ganache Ice Cream
Co-creator and author of “Salt & Straw,” Tyler Malek is in the kitchen making his famous ice cream with almond brittle and salted ganache. The recipe was passed down by his grandma and is now on the Salt & Straw menu. His says the key to this recipe is making the perfect ice cream base. He combines regular milk and dry milk for an even richer flavor.
