Spicy Shrimp Salad
Chef Steven Fretz from “The Church Key” restaurant is in the kitchen preparing a light dish of poached shrimp salad. Before getting started, he asks Kym to help him out with the horseradish vinaigrette dressing and she jokes that he has obviously never seen her cooking skills. Steven has been staying busy by recently opening a new Hollywood restaurant, “Top Round,” which specializes in roast beef.

Kielbasa Sandwich
The actor visits with Mark and Debbie to talk about his love for cooking, which started when he lived in Nantucket for three months. Now, Freddie has a cookbook called, “Back in the Kitchen,” using various cooking styles he has learned from his travels. Aside from a passion for cooking, Freddie also practices marital arts and even demonstrates some of his moves. After his interview, Freddie joins Debbie in the kitchen to prepare kielbasa, sweet onion and pineapple sandwiches.

Greek Stuffed Peppers
James Brolin joins Debbie in the kitchen to cook up one of her Greek favorites, Gemista, which is stuffed peppers and tomatoes. Before they get started, James admits he loves to cook, but rarely gets the opportunity because they have a private chef who prepares meals from their organic garden. Debbie recommends using ground turkey or beef for the meat. She also offers up a vegan version of the meal, using mushrooms, instead.

The cousins also know a thing or two about cooking considering they have their own restaurant, “Talde” in Jersey City, New Jersey. They go on to explain that their eggplant parmesan is a big holiday staple in their big family. Today’s dish is a big hit with Home & Family.
