Yummy Spoonfuls
Co-owner of Yummy Spoonfuls Camila Alves McConaughey is in the kitchen today making chicken sweet potato dippers with homemade dip. Before getting started, flavor the ground chicken with salt, pepper and smoked paprika. She also uses coconut flour for this recipe because it is gluten-free and high in fiber. The best part is that you can take these dippers on the go. The dipping sauce is easy to make with just a handful of ingredients.

She also adds manuka honey to the muffins for more sweetness and health benefits.
