Chef Keith Breedlove
The official chef of the California State Fair, Keith Breedlove, is in the kitchen preparing a pickled shrimp po’boy with apple slaw. If you can’t find fresh shrimp where you live, you can always use frozen shrimp. Once you pickle the shrimp, it will be good for a week. Make sure you hollow out the bread for more room.
