Roy Choi’s Grilled Cheese
Roy Choi of “The Chef Show,” is in the kitchen making a decadent grilled cheese sandwich with four cheeses: white cheddar, yellow cheddar, gruyere and parmesan. He uses a griddle pan to make this sandwich and you want it set to a low medium heat. He says that sourdough bread is best for the flavor. They key is to not skimp with the cheese or butter when to comes to preparing this sandwich.
DIY Photo Op Frame
Orly Shani is celebrating the premiere of Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Movie, “Picture Perfect Mysteries: Newlywed and Dead,” with this fun photo op frame. Make the frame out of extra large foam core and cut the dimensions out so it resembles a Polaroid photo. She uses leftover temporary floral wallpaper to decorate the foam core because it can be easily applied.

Maria Provenzano is celebrating Hallmark Channel’s June Weddings with this beautiful sign. This DIY is perfect for the new vintage trend that is happening at weddings. After she is done making the sign, she uses magnets and glue to attach them to the back of the car. For extra decorations, she strings together old soup cans and silk flowers.
Asian Chili Lettuce Wraps
Chef Daniel Green is in the kitchen making tasty and healthy appetizers of Asian chili lettuce wraps. He starts with grilling up some lean chicken with a drizzle of olive oil. He adds a Korean chili paste for a extra spicy kick. Finally, he tops the chicken off in the pan with water chestnuts to give the wraps a crunch when eating. Use butter lettuce to build your wraps because it is nice, soft and sturdy.

Swim instructor Michelle Lang visits Home & Family to talk about swimming success and safety. She also offers tips out of her book, “A Mermaid’s Guide.” She recommends giving your child water education before signing them up for formal swim lessons. She lets parents know that one out of ten drownings take place in a bathtub, which is why water safety education is so important. She also wants you to teach your children about holding their breath underwater and learning to float to the top of a surface.
