Healthier Breakfast Tacos
Radio host Wells Adams is in the kitchen making healthy breakfast tacos paired with homemade salsa. Cameron is a huge fan of this recipe because it is tasty, has healthy fats and is low in gluten. These tacos are a great way to start the day because they do not make you feel overstuffed. Instead of tortillas, he uses bib lettuce to hold the ingredients together. For an added kick, he adds jalapeños to his salsa!
