Award-winning NY Times Best-selling author, Debbie Macomber is visiting to talk to Debbie and Cameron about her new book, A Mrs. Miracle Christmas. One of the themes in the book is the value of knitting. Knitting is close to Debbie’s heart and she opens up to how knitting helped her handle her dyslexia. She was able to learn math skills, comprehension skills and it gave her a sense of accomplishment and a boost in self esteem. She still knits everyday. Debbie also talks about Knit For Kids which distributes caps, scarves, gloves and more to vulnerable children.
