Churros with Cajeta and Chocolate
Chef Aaron May is in the kitchen preparing a Spanish sweet treat of churros with cajeta and chocolate. He uses brandy for this recipe, but says you can use bourbon or aged tequila, as well. Once you add all your ingredients on the stove top, start stirring fast, until it turns into a ball of dough. Use a pastry bag with a star tip when it comes to squeezing the dough in boiling vegetable oil. After rolling the churros in cinnamon and brown sugar, he serves them with homemade chocolate sauce and cajeta sauce.
