Akon Interview
Recording artist and producer Akon sits down with Mark and Debbie to talk about his life, especially his career. He points out that it took low moments of running around with a bad crowd for him to realize what he had to do to rise above it all. He even shares the story of when his record label said no to mega-superstar, Drake. Today, Akon doesn’t only work with music, he focuses on philanthropy and was recently honored at the BET Awards with the 2016 Global Good Award.

Julian Dennison Interview
Julian visits Home & Family to talk about his new film, “Hunt for the Wilderpeople.” He even brings a clip form the movie, where Julian plays a misunderstood teen who learns about life when a grumpy old man takes him under his wing. He talks about how much he got along with his co-star, Sam Neil, who taught him a lot about acting. He is even joined in the interview by his mom and twin brother.

Environmentalist Philippe Cousteau and his journalist wife, Ashlan talk about their new special on Discovery Channel, “Nuclear Sharks,” which airs June 30th at 9/8c. Philippe opens up about the relationship with his grandfather, Jacques and how they often bonded over wine. The husband and wife even talk about their 2013 wedding in Paris, which was the same spot Philippe’s parents and grandparents got married.
