He also talks about his foundation, “The White Feather,” which was inspired by his father, John and his own plans to create a global club for children to help make positive impacts on the environment.
Opah Burger
Chef Andrew Gruel of Slapfish Restaurant is in the kitchen making an opah burger with fish and a homemade ginger ketchup. If you don’t want to use fish in this burger, you can always substitute in eggplant. When done, serve the fish on a toasted brioche bun.
