Kym Douglas is showing you how to make your own serum for your face.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp plain (unsweetened) yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed oil
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds (ground-up)

Directions

1. Mix finely ground chia seeds with some organic yogurt

2. A splash of flaxseed oil, and stir thoroughly.

3. Apply on your face and rinse with after 15-20 minutes.

4. If you do this before you go to bed at night, you'll still feel the moisturizing and rejuvenating effects the next day.
