Ingredients for Berry Berry Smoothie Bowl (2 Cups)
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup frozen banana slices
- ½ cup spinach
- 3 Tbsp. Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 tsp. maple syrup, optional
- Toppings:
- 1 strawberry sliced
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened, shredded coconut
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp. granola
- 5 banana slices
Ingredients for Green Smoothie Bowl (2 1/2 Cups)
- ¾ cup frozen banana slices
- ½ cup frozen mango chunks
- ¼ cup cucumber, sliced
- 2 stalks kale, stems removed
- ¼ cup spinach, packed
- ¼ cup soaked almonds
- 1 ¼ cup plant-based milk
- Toppings:
- ¼ cup fresh mango chunks
- ¼ dragon fruit
- 1 Tbsp. goji berries
- 2 Tbsp. sliced almonds
Ingredients for Mango Smoothie Bowls (Makes 1 1/2 Cups)
- ½ cup frozen mango chunks
- ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- Juice of ½ a lime
- ¾ cup lite coconut milk
- ½ tsp. ground turmeric
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger
- 1 tsp. honey
- Toppings:
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries and raspberries
- 2 Tbsp. toasted coconut chips
- 3 slices starfruit or kiwi
Directions for Berry Berry Smoothie Bowls
1. Place the frozen berries and frozen bananas in the bottom of a blender. Add the spinach, Greek yogurt, almond butter and milk. Blend until smooth. Add the maple syrup if you would like the smoothie sweeter. Blend again.
2. Pour into a bowl and top with sliced strawberries, coconut, chia seeds, granola and banana slices.
Directions for Green Smoothe Bowls
Blend the bananas, mangoes, cucumber, kale, spinach, soaked almonds and milk in a high-powered blender until smooth. Top with the fresh mango, dragon fruit, goji berries and sliced almonds.
Directions for Mango Smoothie Bowls
Blend the mango, pineapple, coconut, turmeric, ginger and honey. Taste and add more honey if desired. Top with fresh berries, toasted coconut chips and starfruit or kiwi.
