- Camo army jacket
- Sequin fabric
- Fabric scissors
- Fabri-tac
- Optional to create pattern:
- Place a piece of paper onto the area of the jacket you want to cover with sequins. Use your nail or a ruler to crease the paper along the seam. PRO TIP: Use craft paper on a roll or pattern paper for larger areas.
- Place the pattern onto the fabric, trace or pin in place.
- Cut the fabric out.
- Use fabri-tac to adhere to the jacket, place glue in the middle and edges, but not too close to any snaps or buttons.
- If necessary, create a slit for the button or snaps on the jacket. Find the button or snap, pinch the fabric above it then make a cut to expose the button or snap.
- Allow the glue to set for 24 hours and enjoy!
- Apply glue around the edges and in the center of the panel you want to add sequins to. Avoid areas near buttons or snaps.
- Place the fabric right side up onto the glue. Press and smooth to secure on the jacket.
- Trim the fabric to the edge of desired seam with the fabric scissors. Be careful not to cut into the jacket.
- If necessary, create a slit for the button or snaps on the jacket. Find the button or snap, pinch the fabric above it then make a cut to expose the button or snap.
- Allow the glue to set for 24 hours and enjoy!
