Choco-Dipped Cocoa Cupcake
Debbie is showing Cameron how to make Choco-Dipped Cocoa Cupcakes in celebration of National Chocolate Cupcake Day. These cupcakes have three chocolatey layers.

First, the batter. Pro-tip: pour the batter into a pitcher making it easier to put in the baking tin.

Second, top the cooled cakes with a white chocolate buttercream frosting and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Finally, top these off by dipping the frosted cupcakes into melted chocolate for the last chocolatey layer.
