Cocoa Zucchini Bread

Author of the cookbook, “Stock the Crock,” Phyllis Good is in the kitchen making a moist and delicious cocoa zucchini bread and shows you how to prepare it using your slow cooker. If you are not such a fan of zucchini, you can always substitute in raisins instead. She points out that you can always make the recipe gluten-free by using gluten-free flour.
