Fried Green Tomatoes with Cajun Remoulade
Author of “Cooking with Miss Quad,” Quad Webb is making a Southern favorite, fried green tomatoes with cajun remoulade. This dish brings back memories for Quad, whose mother taught her how to make this recipe. She prepares the Cajun dressing that is also called remoulade from scratch. The remoulade also makes a great pairing with crab cakes and turkey burgers.
DIY Crate Shelf
Paige Hemmis is making her own handy crate shelf. The best part is the wooden crates already come put together from your local craft store. She screws the crates together with a power drill, while wearing safety goggles. When done with assembling the crate shelf, she uses weathered wood accelerant to give it a more antique look.

She says that this recipe is one of her favorites to make to impress guests because it is so simple and scrumptious. It is also a great sweet treat to make with the kids! Make sure you let the braid dough rest for 90 minutes before placing in the oven. She is making a homemade chocolate ganache and ricotta cheese filling but says you can make a savory version of this recipe with spinach and feta.

She was inspired to make these ice cream, snow cone and popsicle hair clips by her daughter who used to hate putting her hair back and now loves it because of her fun clips. She uses oyster mushrooms for this bake that brings the dish a nice robust flavor. Debbie describes this sunny side mushroom bake as a quiche without the crust. You can use any vegetables for this recipe to make it your own.
