Natasha’s mom is Hallmark Channel Christmas Queen Candace Cameron Bure. The two both appeared in the Hallmark Channel original “Switched for Christmas,” which airs this Friday, March 6th at 8pm/7c on Hallmark Channel.

Dr. Vernard Hodges and Terrence Ferguson, whose drive for success and love for animals led to their treating over 20,000 patients a year and a Nat Geo Wild show called “Critter Fixers: Country Vets.” They admit when first approached to have a show they were skeptical. However, they are happy to have the show and showcase two African American vets as less than 3% of African Americans become Veterinarians.

They introduce Debbie and Cameron to several animals including Snowpea the porcupine, Holly Jolly the armadillo and Chewy a rather large cay Guinea pig.
