Owner of “Kelsey Elizabeth Cakes,” Kelsey Elizabeth is in the kitchen whipping up a delicious dessert, ice cream cake. She recommends using a buttercream border to help keep the fudge even and in place. When done, make sure you add sprinkles while the ganache is still wet so they stick.
