Setting Up Sleep Patterns From Day One
Kristin Smith is back with certified infant & toddler sleep consultant, Natalie Willes to talk about her secrets when it comes to sleep training. Kristin credits Natalie with helping her out when it came to her son sleeping through the night. Natalie says that parents can start sleep training their children as early as four months of age. Kristin says that thanks to Natalie’s tips, Kingston now sleeps up to 12 hours a night. Natalie recommends baby monitors to help keep track of your child’s sleep routine.
