Kym’s Quick Fixes
Kym Douglas shares a simple and easy tip to help reduce bloating and flatten your belly with the use of Grapefruit Essential Oil. Mix 5 drops of grapefruit essential oil with 1 tsp of olive oil. Massage in circular motion and let sit for 5 minutes, then rinse off. Repeat once a day. Cameron shares a video of him using the natural product. If you are allergic to grapefruit Kym recommends doing a patch test to make sure you don’t have a reaction.
