Kellie Martin Interview
The actress sits down with guest hosts Debbie Matenopoulos and Marc Summers to talk what she has been up to since the last time she was on the show. Kellie and her husband Keith recently welcomed the birth of their second daughter, Olivia James, who joins her nine-year-old sister. She even describes how empowering it was to go through a natural childbirth for both daughters. Kellie shares that she is lucky she married a very paternal man, who is a great partner in parenting. You can see more of Kellie on June 4th, in the “Mystery Woman” marathon that airs on Hallmark Movies and Mysteries.

BBQ pit master Kevin Bludso is back to divulge some of the biggest cooking secrets from his delicious dishes. Kevin knows a thing or two about barbecuing, considering he owns restaurants in Compton, Hollywood and even Melbourne, Australia. The pit master first learned how to BBQ from granny, who taught him everything he knew about cooking. The secret to his cooking rubs are all in the seasoning. He loves cooking ribs with extra fat because that is where the real favor is. He pairs the pork ribs with some good old-fashioned collard greens that have been soaking in chicken broth. When you add turkey neck to the greens, it gives the dish more flavor.

Zika Virus Update
Dr. JJ is back to give you the latest on the Zika virus. She is joined by Home & Family’s pregnant Kristen Smith. She reminds her that the Zika virus is carried by a type of mosquito and if a woman is pregnant, she can pass the virus to her unborn child. Currently, 157 women have been diagnosed with the Zika virus, but they have all contacted these mosquitos outside the US borders. There is currently no known vaccine for the Zika virus, so she advises you to wear protective clothing and use bug repellent when traveling through suspect areas outside the US.

DIY Cement Patio Candles
Maria Provenzano returns to make cement patio candles. She was first inspired with this DIY when she was came across how much these candles were going for at her local craft store. Using Maria’s instructions, these candles will only cost you five dollars. She recommends spacing the candles evenly out when placing in the cement. After the cement dries, invite the kids to the table so they can help out with decorating the holders. She also shows you how to make a planter using the cement, just make sure to add a drainage hole at the bottom for when you rather the plants.
