K-9 Comfort Dogs
Larissa Wohl is joined by Rich Martin and Tim Hertzner of Lutheran Church Charities to talk about K-9 Comfort Ministry, which was developed after Hurricane Katrina. The trained K-9 comfort dogs are deployed after major tragedies and community events. The dogs are sent to bring peace and love to victims of various tragedies and each dog has a business card, so victims can keep in contact with their comfort dog.
