DIY Floral Chandelier

MATERIALS:
- Hula Hoop
- Silk Flowers
- Vine
- Crystals
- Chain
- Floral Wire
- Zip Tie
DIRECTIONS:
- Take chain and secure to four points on hula hoop hot glue to secure
- Take hula hoop and wrap vine around
- Secure the vine using zip ties
- Add additional vine or foliage
- Starting with the larger flowers add to hoop securing with hot glue
- Continue to add flowers
- Add crystals as final touch with floral wire
