Banana Loaded Cream Pie

Tracy Pollan is in the kitchen making a decadent dessert, banana loaded cream pie with a homemade graham cracker crust. The recipe is from her second cookbook, “Mostly Plants.” If you don’t have time to make your own pie crust, you can easily use a store-bought one, instead. Because the recipe has only a handful of ingredients, anybody can make this at home! Let the pie set for at least three hours before serving.
