Anne Burrell Cooks
Co-host of Food Network’s “Worst Cooks in America: Celebrity Edition” Anne Burrell is in the kitchen making a mouth-watering spring pea and ricotta ravioli with fava beans. The key to a great ravioli is a good basic dough and to kneed it thoroughly. After, let the dough rest for up to an hour. When it comes to filling, you can substitute spring peas for any light vegetable of your choice, as long as you keep the ricotta. Finally, she soaks the fava beans in chicken stock, butter and salt. When finished, top with parmesan cheese and serve.
