The Family is answering your pressing questions from how to hide Christmas light extension cords and easily hang pictures on the wall to what is the best glue gun for crafting.

Covering Cords:

• Hide extension cords with extra décor like fake snow and winter foliage
• For the floor, use rubber cord covers for a clean look
• Secure cords to wall or furniture with quake hold or museum wax

Glue Guns:

• For beginning crafters and those on a budget, select a small and inexpensive glue gun
• For projects with heat sensitive materials, select a glue gun with high and low temperature settings
• For heavy crafters and DIY-ers, select a cordless glue gun for ease and convenience

Hanging Pictures:

• Use a comb to hold nail in place while hammering to avoid breaking a nail

Fork:

• Place fork face down over nail
• Slide the back of the frame (with wiring backing) behind the fork
• Remove fork
