Celebrate National Pepperoni Pizza Day with this homemade pizza recipe from Fabio Viviani.
- 2 balls of pre-made pizza dough from the grocery store, about 2lbs
- 2 cups of crushed tomatoes
- 2 cup of shredded fresh mozzarella
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 6oz sliced pepperoni
- 1tbsp of chilies
- 1 bunch of basil
- Extra virgin olive oil
Stretch the dough and press it to fit an oiled oven pan, add tomato and cheeses and top with remaining ingredients, cook at 375 till crust is golden brown.
