Cinnamon Brown Sugar Compound Butter
Butter is the backbone of many dishes and Debbie uses a Chef Tip from Beau MacMillan to make a sweet compound butter to jazz up pancakes and waffles.
INGREDIENTS:
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened (1 stick)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ cup brown sugar

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Using a hand mixer, beat all ingredients until fully combined and butter is slightly whipped.
  2. Place butter in a ramekin and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
