The actress visits Home & Family to talk about the new season of her Showtime series, “Shameless,” which airs Sundays at 9/8c. She talks about how the cast is close both on and off screen. Shanola also opens up about recently giving birth to her son and her motivation to stay in shape during pregnancy. After she had her baby, she found ways to incorporate her son into her actual workouts.
Lynn’s Cinnamon Rolls
The Home Cook Contest continues at Home & Family and today Lynn Sims is in the kitchen making her cinnamon rolls. She credits her grandma for teaching her how to cook and said the best advice she ever received from her was to never settle in life. The secret to her cinnamon rolls is not be shy when it comes to butter. Lynn says she was born in the south, which means she was born with a bib, a bottle and a stick of butter!

The crime drama also stars Michael Ealy and Juliette Lewis and the plots were so top-secret that cast were not told ahead of time. McNally also starred on “Sons of Anarchy” alongside with her sister-in-law Katey Sagal. She also shares a funny story of having a wardrobe malfunction in front of her family while starring on Broadway.

Dietician Megan Roosevelt is in the kitchen talking about her YouTube channel, Healthy Grocery Girl, which focuses on a plant-based diet. Today she is making delicious creamy pumpkin nut bars, that happen to be packed with nutrients.
