It is holiday time at Home & Family so naturally Fabio Viviani pays everybody a visit in the kitchen. Tonight he is cooking holiday prime rib roast with glazed baby potatoes and roasted cauliflower. He also talks about what the holidays mean to him, especially now that he has a wife and son. Remember that when you cook the meat, make it low and slow in the oven.
