Tuscan Bread Soup

Author of “A Taste of Italy,” chef Damiano Carrara is in the kitchen making a traditional Tuscan bread soup, otherwise known as Ribollita Toscana. As she cooks, Damiano also shares stories of his Italian family, including the woman who taught him his passion for cooking, his grandmother.
