Owner and chef of Fleishik’s Sandwiches, Nosh & Whiskey is in the kitchen making delicious pork belly and sweet potato hash with hatch green chili salsa verde. You can find hatch peppers in season from now until early fall. When preparing the pork belly, simmer it on a low heat. You can always prepare it days in advance, as well. Then just re-heat.
